Products that are customized or made-to-order are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
🔄 7-Day Return Policy (Non-Customized Products)
For all non-customized products, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
📌 Conditions for return:
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging should be intact
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
🚚 Shipping Charges
Customers are required to bear the return shipping cost
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
💰 Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
Amount will be credited to the original payment method

Customized products
Used, washed, or damaged items (not due to our fault)
